Dr Kwok obtained his BBA(Hons), majoring in Human Resources Management and MPhil in Organizational Behavior at City University of Hong Kong. He obtained his PhD at City University of Hong Kong, through researches on leadership and self-regulatory focus, and creativity.
While he was a MPhil student, he taught undergraduate courses in arena of management, human resources management and organizational behavior. He also was a lab assistant to the research methods class. He also has given teaching to part-time undergraduate students on management.
He has attended several academic conferences, including the Society of Organizational and Industrial Psychology Conference and Academy of Management Conference. His research interests are leadership, self-regulatory focus, and innovation and creativity.
At SPEED, he mainly conducts teaching in several areas, such as strategic management and marketing. |
