Jessie received a Master’s degree in Psychology of Excellence at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University, Munich, Germany and majored in Educational and Differential Psychology. She is currently a PhD candidate in the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She has conducted in-depth research on artistic creativity, gifted education in Hong Kong, as well as on the relation between gratitude and indebtedness.
She had extensive experiences in teaching and research in mainland China, Germany, and Hong Kong. She had experiences in communicating with college students in Southwestern University of Finance and Economics in China. She provided courses such as Educational Psychology and delivered public speeches and workshops that were published in full pages on the China Youth Daily. She also had frontline experiences in counseling college students. In addition, she had some years of management experiences in both companies and university.
Her research interests include psychology of gratitude, moral development, gifted education, creativity, and positive youth development.
