Prof. Pae is Professor of the Ewha School of Business, The Ewha Womans University, Seoul, Korea. He holds a Ph.D. in marketing from the Columbia University. He has joined PolyU SPEED as Visiting Fellow in January 2012. Before joining the School,
Prof. Pae was Associate Professor of the Department of Management and Marketing, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Prof. Pae teaches Marketing Management, Marketing Research, New Product Marketing, and Global Marketing from undergraduate to postgraduate levels. He supervises MPhil and Ph.D. students. His current research interests include marketing and innovation strategy, innovation adoption and diffusion and new product forecasting.
Prof. Pae has published in a number of US and European marketing journals, including the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Journal of Retailing, Journal of Business Research, European Journal of Marketing, Industrial Marketing Management, International Marketing Review, OMEGA, and other journals. |
