Theresa received her Bachelor of Science with first class honours, and pursued her Doctor of Philosophy with postgraduate scholarships, at the Department of Building and Real Estate, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Having started her career as a professional quantity surveyor, Theresa had been providing consultancy service in the fields of contract administration and project management. Before joining PolyU SPEED, she was active in teaching at tertiary level with majors in Business Economics and Management, Hong Kong and Global Economy, and a wide variety of courses in Building and Construction.
At PolyU SPEED, she is involved in teaching Business and Management, and Housing Management programmes. Her teaching and research interests lie in Strategic Management, Globalization, Housing Economics, Innovative Assessment and Quality Assurance in Education. |
