Mr. Tsui obtained his BBA (Hons), major in Information Systems and minor in Human Resources Management at the City University of Hong Kong. He has then completed his Master degree in Hotel and Tourism Management at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Mr. Tsui is currently pursuing his doctorate in Hotel and Tourism Management at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, focusing on strategic management and customer relationship management. He is also qualified as a Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE).
Before joining PolyU SPEED, Mr Tsui worked for various hotel and tourism organizations, across different departments. He started his teaching career in 2005 with various tertiary education institutions, in the departments of hotel and tourism management. His subject areas include front office operations, marketing management, human resources management, e-marketing, e-commerce, and also some other IT-related subjects.
Mr. Tsui has attended several academic conferences, including the Asia-Pacific Forum and Asia-Pacific CHRIE Conference. His research interests include strategic management, higher education and customer relationship management.
At PolyU SPEED, Mr. Tsui teaches in the areas of strategic marketing management and international hotel business and management. |
