Miss Elaine Chan received her Bachelor of Arts in Tourism Management (First Class Honours) and Master of Philosophy (major in Tourism) from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is also a Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE) of the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute.
During her course of study at School of Hotel and Tourism Management (SHTM), she was also a teaching assistant focusing on theme parks and attractions management. Prior to joining SPEED, she has worked as a Research Associate in SHTM, sales and marketing department of Hong Kong popular tourist attractions, as well as an event organizer. She is also serving as a volunteer at the Event department of Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF-HK).
At SPEED, she conducts teaching in several areas such as Hotel and Tourism Marketing, Consumer Behaviour and Event Management. |
