With a wealth of experience in the information technology industry for over 26 years, Joseph Leung is currently teaching in IT- and marketing-related subjects at PolyU SPEED.
Mr. Leung obtained his Master Degree of Business Administration in 1993 from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom; Masters of Management of Information Technology in 1998 from Macquarie University, Australia; and Masters of Education in Information Technology in 2001 from the University of Wollongong, Australia. He has also acquired the D.I.S.C. personality system qualification to become a Certified Behavioural Consultant.
With regards to his professionalism, Mr. Leung is currently the Vice-Chairman of the Hong Kong Retail Technology Industry Association; and Executive Committee Member of the Hong Kong Wireless Technology Industry Association. He is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Directors and the Hong Kong Computer Society.
Mr. Leung is a columnist for various magazines and newspapers. He is invited to be the Honorary Consultant for the Hong Kong Commercial Radio Interactive under the management of the Hong Kong Commercial Radio.
Mr. Leung is also a member of the Bauhinia Foundation Research Centre and the Savantas Policy Institute. |
